a previous statement that aim to set default value was removed, which causes
Kafka REST proxy, [https://github.com/confluentinc/kafka-rest] can no longer
fill missing field with default value when publishing an event.
However, I don't see this change (removed statement) was mentioned anywhere in
its ticket, https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AVRO-388. So, I believe it is
a bug to fix.
