According to [this
article|https://seld.be/notes/php-versions-stats-2018-1-edition], PHP 5.x had
about 20% share as of Jan 2018.
(But this result was derived from the stats reported by Composer, and probably
the users of legacy version PHP don't use Composer as well, so the actual share
may be a bit higher)
