In the pom of java-example and mr-example, the following problems exist:
Plugin execution not covered by lifecycle configuration:
org.apache.avro:avro-maven-plugin:1.7.5:schema (execution: default, phase:
generate-sources)
Although it works fine, it is a bit unfriendly as an example for newcomers to
learn.
