In the API documentation for lang/java/mapred/target/apidocs, there is no api
connection for hadoop.
Because the link address of maven-plugin-javadoc is
http://hadoop.apache.org/common/docs/current/api/ 404 no found ,
the /common in the url does not exist and needs to be changed to
Https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/current/api/
