Not related to AVRO-1557, in my opinion. This JIRA looks fixed to me:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/apache/avro/avro/1.10.0-SNAPSHOT/
Sources and JARS correspond to the last build on
https://builds.apache.org/view/A-D/view/Avro/job/AvroJava, and the console logs
report the upload was successful. I haven't seen build failures during upload
on the AvroJava jenkins (noting that travis-ci failures are easier to notice
than jenkins).
