Thanks for reporting this! It looks like this is because avro-tools is now
being packaged with Hadoop 3 instead of Hadoop 2, which used to bring in
org.slf4j:slf4j-log4j12:jar:1.7.10 (and the StaticLoggerBinder). The right
solution is probably just to include org.slf4j:slf4j-simple:jar:1.7.30 !
This can _probably_ wait for 1.10.1, but should be fixed.
