when a enum type with a default value is converted to a c# model, the default
value set is missing the namespace reference because of which the build is
unsuccessful. is this a known issue? I have attached the sample avro files and
c# model generated.[^school.avsc][^Status.avsc][^Status.cs][^Student.cs]
