I've moved the old content to the new web site!
TODOs:
1) Improve the landing page. (I am not good at web design, so help is welcome!)
1) see what to do with C/C++/C# API documents. Those seem to be generated from
C/C++/C# builds ?!
2) fix broken links
3) extract a Hugo variable for the current Avro version and replace all
occurrences of 1.10.2 with it
4) Move some CWIKI pages to the new web site
5) Improve the "Contribution guidelines" page
