I think it is !
This is how the Java SDK work too! At
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/avro/ you can see a dozen of modules
with the same version. They are released at once from the Maven modules at
https://github.com/apache/avro/tree/master/lang/java.
We just need to update point 9) at
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AVRO/How+To+Release#HowToRelease-Publishing
