Summary: Disable helper links to edit page sources.

The links for automatically editing the pages are really nice, but won't point
to the right places as Avro versions are added. We should probably disable
them until we have a good strategy.
* View page source
* Edit this page
* Create child page
* Create documentation issue
* Create project issue
The last two can only point to github issues, which aren't used in Avro, and
we're probably better off pointing them to issues.apache.org in the community/
link.
