Summary: Fix the spacing around the shortcode avro_version

Because of the license comment in the avro_version.html file, there is now
whitespace around the replacements for {{{\{ avro_version }} }}in the code.
This causes oddness and mistakes throughout the documentation (See the
/docs/1.11.1-snapshot/getting-started-java/ for example.)
