Hello developers, I submitted issue AVRO-3602 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/AVRO/issues/AVRO-3602> and added PR <https://github.com/apache/avro/pull/1818> to address it. What should I do next so the fix appears in the next Avro release?
