Test `testAnnotationMultiAvroMeta' under 'TestReflect.java' is a flaky test. To
check its flakiness, you can run maven with nondex using the following command:
```
mvn -pl lang/java/avro edu.illinois:nondex-maven-plugin:2.1.1:nondex
-Dtest=org.apache.avro.reflect.TestReflect#testAnnotationMultiAvroMeta
```
