I think there should be a possibility to extract bigint representation of the
decimal. One could simply want to traverse its bits representation or smth like
that. And that is not possible ATM.
I think things are overly complicated currently - there is no reason to keep
such a high level of an encapsulation on decimal type - anyway its API is such
an unstable thing now - there were talks about a complete rewrite to something
other then BigInt, and that would require API change anyway. So introducing
simple Into<BigInt> would not hurt anyone, but indeed help a lot.
