Hi Team,
After we have done our Quarkus Upgrade, we are now facing issues with new avro,
which is kind of blocker for us because the avro seemed to work fine and did
not block us during compile time or runTime.
Now as we are using the latest Quarkus and latest avro lib as shown below

<groupId>org.apache.avro</groupId>
<artifactId>avro</artifactId>
<version>1.12.0</version>
</dependency>
Avro Field Name as shown Below.

Assuming that this could be a cause from this fix. (ignore if this does not
seem relevant)
