The latest two votes for an Apache Bahir 2.0.2 release candidate have been side-tracked by failing test cases in sql-streaming-mqtt BasicMQTTSourceSuite. The two test cases in question appear to fail sporadically for some of us, but consistently fail on under-powered machines or on systems under stress.
Should we mark the two test cases as ignored to guarantee smooth build verification for release candidates or ask PMC members who vote on release candidates to run build verification on more powerful machines? Any other recommendations are welcome! :-) Thanks, Christian
