The Download menu link is clearer now.

But the home page needs a link to the Flink download page or an explanation as 
to why there is none.
At present Flink users reading the home page have no clue how to get binaries 
or source.

It might also be sensible to add the Download menu item to the home page.

Also the heading on the downloads page is a bit ambiguous:

"Apache Bahir Extensions for Apache Flink Downloads"

This reads to me as though "Apache Flink Downloads" is a product.

It should be rewritten, e.g. as

"Download Apache Bahir Extensions for Apache Flink"

Similarly on the Flink page
