Work items for this ticket:
- Implementation docs for RelationProvider and Receiver classes in either the
README.md or have the docs as javadoc in their respective classes and
referenced in the README.
- Possibly adding a namespace to the sql-cloudant config options
- Review and update all our documentation, tutorials, tests, etc. to refer to
both Cloudant and CouchDB
