Im starting this PR from [this
change](https://github.com/apache/bahir-flink/pull/95) so I can test locally
But i still have some errors on kudu connector like:

Some changes I made in order to move forward:
- copied TableUtils from 1.10 as this disappears on 1.11 (I dont know if there
are another class doing the same thing, as it was experimental)
