Agreed. It's my fault, as I authored that page. I wasn't sure whether 'incubator.' was required, but it's better without.
The next person who edits that page (generated from baremaps.xml in https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/content/projects/) should fix it. I'm hoping someone on the PPMC can fix it. There are a few tasks on that list that can be marked 'done'. (E.g. "Tell Mentors to track progress in the file 'incubator/projects/{project.name}.html.", which I just did.)
