I’ve signed the report. It doesn’t look like it has been submitted to the Board 
yet.

Thanks for expanding on what you see as the challenges for the project. Growing 
the community is definitely worth focusing on. There may be some small things 
you could do that — when you look back in 3 years — will turn out to be the 
catalysts for greater growth. Improving the documentation, giving talks to 
local companies or universities, posting on twitter, making a series of videos, 
are all ideas that could possibly create that spark. And they can be done by 
any contributor - not just those who write a lot of code.
