hi! I'd suggest checking out the Pipeline I/O page [0] for general IO guidance. The Authoring I/O Transforms is not language specific, but combined with the PTransform style guide [1], it's the best current resource for java and should give you what you need. We're definitely going to be adding more content to improve this.
