https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachebeam-1022/org/apache/beam/beam-parent/2.2.0/beam-parent-2.2.0-source-release.zip doesn't look "corrupted" so it looks ok to only update the dist area and reuse the same staging repo
