Incidentally, on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-17140 the cause of our misconfiguration was that many projects ask to move GitHub comments to a different list.
Just bringing it up for completeness, not advocating for it. Would anyone choose to subscribe to this list? (I wouldn't) WDYT? Kenn
