Looks like Jenkins might have got stuck for a while (this happened on my PR as well), but it seems to be working again now. You can manually re-run individual jobs with a comment on the PR containing one of the commands listed (such as Run Python PreCommit).
Does anyone know if there's a PR command for "rerun all"?
