There is some support for unbounded splittable dofns in the Python SDK but there aren't many examples that you can use as a basis yet and it doesn't work anywhere except for some experimental support on Dataflow and the Python direct runner to my knowledge.
So you'll need to wait till support for running Python unbounded splittable dofns improves across different runners or for cross language transforms to advance far enough to be able to support the Beam Java SQS IO connector.
