Hi Daniel, Thanks for reaching out! Our intended audience is for both dev & users. The purpose of this newsletter is to give folks the visibility to the insights of the health and growth of the community. I am aware that the previous Beam Community newsletter showcased updates about the project. Other contributors are actually working on bringing this part back and having that newsletter focused specifically on project updates.
