Kenn said he set this up via "Project Automation" in the Beam project page [1]. There seems to have been a permissions issue (see [2],[3] in the thread I linked earlier) that apparently was resolved for Kenn through no action of his own. I still am not able to see "Project Automation" myself, and the direct link [2] gives me a permission denied. Maybe only PMC members have this access?
If you can't access "Project Automation" on the Flink project page I'd suggest filing a ticket with ASF infra.
