Hi Vlad, I believe that you are looking for Jira _contributor_ permissions, not committer ones. If you wish to become a Beam committer, please, take a look on this doc [1].
Actually, you can contribute to the project without any additional permissions but Jira Contributor Permissions allow you to assign Jira tasks to yourself. Anyway, I granted them to you.
