Do people find these emails useful? It does not look like we are acting on these? Could we consider turning them off or finding a way to make those more useful (e.g. just list issues created/changed in th last week, or auto-downgrade to P2 after N month etc.)
And this section "P1 Issues with no update in the last week:" seems to be wrong. Most of the listed issues did not get any updates in the last week, not just one.
