Hi everyone, I would like to volunteer to rerelease the Beam vendored grpc 1.60.1. The grpc version will be unchanged but additional jars 'io.grpc:grpc-services' and 'io.grpc:grpc-util' will be added due to [1] addressing [2]
My plan is to follow the release process [3, 4], which involves preparing for the release, building a candidate, voting and finalizing the release. I plan on integrating the vendored artifact org.apache.beam:beam-vendor-grpc-1_60_1:0.2 into the 2.55.0 release. Please let me know if you have any comments/objections/questions.
