Yes, there is only one cherry-pick compared to RC1 (#30637) regarding a
dependency change, not all artifacts are rebuilt compared to RC1. The
updated artifacts are

1. the Java artifacts [4]
2. the source release [2]

For Python release the artifacts to validate is RC1
