Obsesrved Dataflow legacy runner jobs would fail during DataflowTemplates validation. Found that internal Dataflow legacy worker container wasn't built correctly, see https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/DataflowTemplates/pull/2485#issuecomment-3013265784 for details.
I would put a -1 vote for now and will be cleared once this gets fixed.
