Basically "everything should keep working as before, but Cc headers should
no longer disappear".

The most interesting case is emails with Cc headers coming from an address
with a domain for which strict DMARC settings are configured (in which case
the 'From' will be rewritten to 'John Doe via dev@beam.apache.org' and the
original sender moved to the Cc). Of course we have tested that specific
scenario already on our dummy lists, so we're pretty confident that it
works - the 'guinea pig' test is mostly to discover if there's any
unexpected changes in behaviour we didn't foresee.

Kind regards,

Arnout
