Radek has been contributing to Beam since 2019. He's made improvements to many IOs, working in Python and Java. Most recently, he has been working on element metatadata and related projects, for example OpenTelemetry tracing and caused-by-drain tracking. He has also done a massive sweep over the codebase re-enabling errorprone linters. Considering his contributions to the project over this timeframe, the Beam PMC trusts Radek with the responsibilities of a Beam committer.
