Git mirror has been requested while ago: it was just waiting for content. So it
should be straight forward.For Jenkins I will give permission and update the
beam job as soon as I'm back from vacation.

I have a question for you.
Having gotten the first code drop in (hooray!) we're now blocked with some
other infra-related issues. Specifically, we need to configure the git
mirror and also get Jenkins working.
I filed two tickets:

Jenkins ticket - <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-11339>
Since these two issues are a relatively big block for the project, is it
permissible to change the priority of them to "blocker"? I want to make
sure we can get the project moving but also not run afoul of ASF rules.
