By the way, the issue is:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class
com.google.cloud.bigtable.grpc.BigtableSessionSharedThreadPools
So, it sounds like a classloader issue. I'm on git bisect to identify
the cause (maybe shading change).
I keep you posted.
