Looks like this is mostly working now -- accessing http://i.a.o/b
will redirect to http://b.a.o/. URLs like this:
http://incubator.apache.org/beehive/system-controls/jms/jmsDoc.html
are also redirecting correctly into:
http://beehive.apache.org/releases/v1.0m1/system-controls/jms/jmsDoc.html
Of course, there is still the issue of the DTD and CC, but that should
be resolved shortly.
