I've attached a simple patch to http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEEHIVE-920 that adds a "Start over" link to the JSP files in the NetUI samples for "Form Posting", "Data Grid", and "The Select Tag".
It's probably not critical for V1, but the patch a there. Carlin
