Updated EjbControlAssember class to remove XMLBeans dependencies. Also updated
build.xml file for ejb control to no longer gen Xmlbeans for use by
EjbControlAssembler.
PATCH INSTRUCTIONS:
The BEEHIVE-931.diff file should be applied from the following directory:
<beehive>/trunk/system-controls/src/ejb
Add the new DOMUtils file to:
<beehive>/trunk/system-controls/src/ejb/org/apache/controls/system/ejb
Remove the schema dir and all of its schemas from:
<beehive>/trunk/system-controls/src/ejb/schema
