[PATCH] BEEHIVE-931: Update EJB system control to no longer depend on XML beans for control assembly

I have posted a patch for this issue, changes include:

* Updated EjbControlAssembler to use a DOM tree to modify ejb-jar.xml or 
web.xml instead of XMLBeans.
* Added a new DOMUtils helper class.
* Removed the ejb control's 'schema' directory.
