[PATCH] BEEHIVE-936: Remove hard reference to StringEnumAbstractBase from JDBC control

I've created a patch for BEEHIVE-936. The patch removes the hard refs to the 
StringEnumAbstractBase xmlbeans class and replaces it with runtime lookup.

All JDBC drts passed after the fix.
