remove the test recorder's XMLBean dependency

The Test Recorder (NetUI test infrastructure) has a dependency on XMLBeans.
With this dependency, it means that none of the NetUI test webapps actually run
*without* XMLBeans. In someone's spare time, it'd be worth removing this
dependency so that the TR is as thin as possible and doesn't introduce
unnecessary dependencies on 3rd party libraries.
