Hi Thomas,

I think this is an issue with Tomcat 5.5.  Are you able to try and reproduce 
this using v5.0.28 (or something similar)?  I'm guessing that you won't see 
anything like it on 5.0.x.  I've heard of many issues with redeploy on 5.5.9 -- 
this might be a bug to go to the Tomcat team.
