[PATCH] BEEHIVE-762, controls annotation processing doesn't recognize java.io.Serializable on super classes

I've attached a patch for this bug, the AptControlImplementation class has
been modified to be more intelligent about how it checks to see if it is
serializable. I have also added a new unit test to the controls test suite
for this bug.
