Need "netui:button" to render BOTH text and images simultaneously
-----------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: BEEHIVE-970
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEEHIVE-970
     Project: Beehive
        Type: Bug
  Components: NetUI
    Reporter: Jack Rudnick
    Priority: Critical

We were using "netui:button" , and these buttons but contain both text and
image. Using <netui:imageButton does not sound like it would be useful, as the
whole button would need to then be an image, creating an i18n nightmare. We
need a button that can take an image, while also can take a variable
representing an i18ned string value. Basically, we are looking for the
equivalent of:

<button ><img src="./someimage.gif">delete button</button>

The above will generate a button with an image in the button on the left and
(internationalized) text that is passed to the button on the right. Right now,
since we can't use "netui:button" we have a workaround that uses an html
<button that hits javascript. The javascript gets the correct URI to go via
NETUI and passes it through for us. We would hope that there is another way to
do this where we can use Netui, being that if can't use "netui:button" we loose
things like "popup=true" and other great netui stuff.
