change AxisTypeGeneratorTask to accept WSDL rather than directory

The AxisTypeGeneratorTask accepts an attribute 'WSDLDir' - this takes a
directory containing a WSDL or WSDLs. If there are more than one, then the
WSDLs are all read and processed. Please add an attribute that is an
alternative to WSDLDir to provide a specific WSDL.
