Resolution: Won't Fix
Won't fix -- the copyright dates are really only applicable to the year in
which the source file was authored, and updating them as the years go by
doesn't really have any leagl meaning, as far as I understand it. Note, I am
not a lawyer, so fix if you're really concerned about this. :)
