Revised Controls Tutorial

Hey all:

I just checked in a first draft of a revised controls tutorial, revised to
use the new JUnit test container.

A couple of requests:

(1) I know next to nothing about proper JUnit test architecture.  So those
of you with knowledge greater than my own, please review the current work
and suggest appropriate changes.

(2) Also, please suggest cool steps for the tutorial.
