Overriding an inherited page flow controller Jpf.Forward annotation is broken

When you override an inherited page flow controller Jpf.Forward annotation, the
action calling the global foward, goes to the forward defined in the
Jpf.Forward annotation of the base/parent class page flow controller.
I'll check in some test files that Chad and I have worked on and can be used
for reproducing and testing this specific case.
